If I could ask a seer I’ll ask why you are not here You left without saying a word You have disappeared from my world You always said you will be here always And you could be away for some days But not for so long Did I say something wrong? You know it the kind of feeling you get deep down Like when you are forced to smile when you frown The same feeling when you want to see someone but they are not there The same feeling a child gets when she loses her teddy bear Will you come to me again? And stop my teary rain? The brightest star in the sky Seems to want to do nothing but cry...

Very moving, you could make it into a song as well. I liked it.

Thank you! I had a dream once to get most of my poems to music, but I cannot write music. And too lazy to do so anyway

You don't have to make the music, have a friend or relative who knows how to play do it. And then set your poem to the music.
Well, everybody can get a little lazy, but it's up to the individual to get up and get something accomplished as well, but of course, that's if they really want to.

Oh I can play the flute, and I wrote once a poem that had the line ".... blowing my flute, silver notes in the air..." (cant remember the rest) but I never was able to write a poetry to music
I did write one poem to music. Suprisingly I stil remember that music. Sometimes my poems just come to me with music

I do indeed! You should try it! It is a very beautiful instrument and is very easy to play, I learnt the basics in three days.

i agree- it definitely smacks of music! i particularly like the end... "The brightest star in the sky Seems to want to do nothing but cry..." very poignant
