[shadow=black,left,300]SOUNDTRACKS of FILM[/shadow] What are your favorites? And do you enjoy listening to repeatedly? You can post your Youtube tunes here as well. My two favorite soundtracks that I listen to: HEAVY METAL (1981) - An animated sci-fi/fantasy anthology that were taken from the illustrated stories from the adult magazine HEAVY METAL. The incredible collection of music from the 1970's consisted of hard and soft rock.
SORCERER (1977) - A remake of the original film THE WAGES of FEAR (1952), the story of SORCERER was about four fugitives hiding in South America, who discover that the only way to make big money to escape their seedy environment, is to drive trucks carring nytroglycerine to an oil rig fire that needs to be extinguished. The movie is brilliantly scored by the new age group TANGERINE DREAM.

Solo artist from the EAGLE's band, pumps out soft rock for the 1980's, an excellent romantic song, and a nice addition to the HEAVY METAL soundtrack. The haunting sounds of new age music, heightens the dark movie's atmosphere. Instrumental music accompied with scenes from the movie.

Good evening Tigerfoot,
John Barry is a great composser of movie scores.
I especially like the haunting tune from THE IPCRESS FILE that you chose. I've never heard of this movie and I see the actor Michael Caine, now I want to see this movie.
Have you ever heard of this haunting melody from the film HORROR EXPRESS? Or seen the movie?
