Hello Lady Honey Bunny,
It's pleasent and cozy in your burrow, and you've got it furnished too. My brother used to play that particular Billy Joel album, over and over, Mr. Joel is a good artist, originally, Billy wanted to be a professional boxer.
Another bunny I know from a small rabbit warren, her name is Clover, suggested a beautiful song for you to hear. It's from one of my favorite animated animal adventure movies, called WATERSHIP DOWN.
I hope you enjoy it, I thought it would be befitting to your new thread.Oh man, I'm getting misty again (sighs), I love this tune.

[shadow=black,left,300]UNTITLED[/shadow] [glow=pink,2,300]by HONEY BUNNY[/glow] Good day Lady Honey Bunny,
WOW! is what I have to say about chapters 2 and 3 of your tale called UNTITLED, or you haven't got around to naming your gem of a story, yet. No rush, a title will eventually arise from one of your muse days. I believe even chapter titles should be well thought out, as well as befitting.
I felt like I could see Albert and Kite in a sitcom, and I was entranced into your touch of X-File fantasy, so cool, it would make an interesting episode.
It was a pleasure reading your marvelous work.
*SIDE NOTE: I have an "Albert Tale" brewing in my head for about 3 weeks now, I believe it will be my next writing assignment/excercise.

Hello there Sir Starbeast Thank you for dropping in, I hope you can climb your way out of the burrow! Billy Joel - I am in love with that song currently. Have listened to it 3 times today, and 5 times in a row yesterday.... And stil havent got bored of it. Hehe Watership Down - that is a lovely song! Shamefully I havent seen the movie nor read the book. Bad Honey, I know. It reminds me of John Lennon's One Day at a Time. And yes, I can see why you would get misty. And for some reason it reminds me of Bambi.... My story - I am glad you like it! I like writing it too. Especially writing about Agent Fox (I love his character). Yes, sadly it has no title yet. I have a title in my head, but I need to figure out how it fits into the story. Yes, while I am not a fan of the Xfiles, my mom watches it every night so I see bits of it. But I think this story will get away from Kite and Albert... they belong to Mr Kite (whenever he will come back), so I am going to follow another path. Looking foreward to reading your Albert story! I like your stories! You know, Kite created such a good character in Albert. It's amazing! Well Done Mr Kite, I'd say

Live long and prosper Lady Honey Bunny,
You probably don't get many wolves down here in your cozy burrow, but there's still plenty of room to move about. Mind if I check your fridge for cheese and soda, I feel a bit hungry, but don't worry, I perfer lamb gyros, and never rabbit.
Anyways, don't pull on your long ears too hard, if you haven't seen WATERSHIP DOWN yet, I remember a teacher read the book in class when I was just a pup, and today I own the movie.
My Kolchak story is done, so I've got to collect my mental notes on MY Albert tale.
Enjoy Billy Joel music, and I also look forward to another text item of yours to read as well.
Well, I'll text you later. - Starbeast
eh...could you give me a boost up, so I can climb out of your burrow.

Hehe, I dont have fridges, I burry the goods in the ground (that's how they get cold)! Yes, I am quite behind on my English classics (I tend to read more Russian classics). Wuthering Heights and Frankenstein are next on my list and now Watership Down too. Well then, my benovolent friend, jump on the count of three

The Rabbit and her Guest Our story opens in a rabbit's tidy little home, her burrow, a simple gutted hole in the ground, with a multitude of chambers. It housed a little white rabbit named Bunny, nicknamed "Honey_Bunny" because she is very inquisitive. Her eyes blinked cutely and met the eyes of her large 5' 10'' silver wolf animaliod friend from space, Starbeast. She inquired if he wanted something to eat. He felt hungry and asked if she had a fridge with cheese and soda in it. She smiled honestly and said:
HONEY BUNNY: "Hehe, I dont have fridges, I burry the goods in the ground (that's how they get cold)!" She said sweetly.
Starbeast spoke apologetically: "Sorry, I forgot I'm not aboard my spacecraft, a nice salad would be great. Hey, I have a protein veggie bar in my utility belt I'll share with you. Have you ever read the book WATERSHIP DOWN?" He said handing her half a protein veggie bar.
Bunny tugged on her ears, and answered: "I am quite behind on my English classics (I tend to read more Russian classics). Wuthering Heights and Frankenstein are next on my list and now Watership Down too." She began munching on the food from her alien friend, her ears perked, this veggie bar is great she thought.
STARBEAST: "Wow, Wuthering Heights and Frankenstein, awesome! I still haven't read those two books. I guess I've been watching alot of recorded movies, I need to read a book now and then. But a commanding officer, get's busy with work too."
After they dined on a wonderful salad made by Bunny, Starbeast recieved a call on his phone by one of his crew members, he had to report back to the ship. The hole where the wolf dropped down from was just out of of reach, so he asked Bunny for a little help. She was small, but tough, and replied:
HONEY BUNNY: "Well then, my benovolent friend, jump on the count of three. One...two.....................THREE!
The little white rabbit yelled optimistically, and tried to boost the 194 pound space captain up with her tiny hands and slipped. Starbeast's boot came down hard on the rabbit's toes, she screamed liked she was on fire! The space wolf captain fell backward and crashed into her battery powered 190 inch widescreen tv, it was completely demolished. The focus of her anger, made her forget her pain, she limped toward the dazed wolf. The sweet demeanor of the rabbit, was now changed into a volcano of anger, ready to erupt. She spoke with clenched teeth and stared like a savage hawk into the eyes of the wolf:
HONEY BUNNY: "Get out.....and don't come back without another tv exactly like the one you destroyed. Cause if you don't." She plucked a tribal feather off of the captain's headband, and snapped it in half. "I'll break off something else, got it." She finished and continued to leer at him.
STARBEAST: "I got it. Ah.....could you give me a boost up, so I can climb out?"

You are amazing, Starbeast!!!!! Honestly!
While waiting for that tv, a replacement for the one that the wolf captain broke, Honey Bunny was ordered to make a carrot soup in a special style for the Queen. She read all about, searched long for the ingredients and now was prepared to make the food. It wasn't an easy job, and it took her most of the day. It smelled good, tasted all right and so it was time to go and bring it forth to the Queen. The Queen wasn't at home and so the butler took the soup and told Honey that the Queen will send a messenger to Honey in due course. Honey waited and waited and was getting very hopeful that the Queen will like her soup. Life went by, things happened but Honey always checked once in a while if the messenger came by or not. One evening, Honey heard a knock on the door. It was the messenger! With a smile Honey waited for the good news "Her ladyship, says that you could have done better, and that it was not very satisfactory" and he left. Honey Bunny was extremely disappointed. All that hard work, research.... and all she gets is that! What's the point? Her evening was ruined, she didnt even feel like nibbling on her Night Carrot. She sighed heavily. Then the door bell rang. Slowly Honey Bunny opened the door. It was Starbeast "There you go, Bunny. Brand new, just as promised" he said presenting her with the tv. "Thank you" she said in a small voice and put the tv aside. "Is something wrong?" he asked genuinly "Ever had your expectations ruined?" She asked. She then told him what upset her "Dont mind her , Bunny. She is only the Queen. I never tasted your soups, but I did like your salad. Forget about it, its not important" "I know" she nodded "but I cant help not feel sad" Honey Bunny said and looked at him with sad eyes "Wait, I know what to do" he went back to his spaceship, and when he came back he gave himself and Honey Bunny a mug of Space Hot Chocolate. It was better than the Earth version, but smelled the same "Have you heard of the Necronomicon tales?" Honey Bunny shook her head, warming her paws by holding the mug "Do drink it, its not poison you know" he smiled but she didnt. And then Starbeast began telling her the tales he writes about and sure enough Honey Bunny forgot about what happened and a smile grew upon her face
If only it was that simple for the real Honey Bunny.... sigh.

I understand, here's a treat for you, part 3.The Rabbit and her guest [glow=pink,2,300]Chapter Three: Same Galaxy[/glow] The kind space captain was about to leave again, when he noticed Honey Bunny the white rabbit looking a bit sad. He had to inquire why she looked blue, he was concerned his little friend from Honeyland was having trouble with something. He sat next to her gently, and asked:
Starbeast: "You ok?"
Bunny: "Not really."
Starbeast: "Why?"
Bunney: "Because you're going back to comfortable push-button and robot-assistance world, and here I am living in a hole in the ground. Your world seems fantastic, exciting, where everything is easy, and you don't have to do a thing. Meanwhile I keep trying to maintain a dirt hole, humph....you're even wearing stain & dirt-proof clothing. I wish my life was easy and futuristic like yours."
Starbeast: "My life really isn't that easy, I have demanding people that I have to work for, and when I'm traveling in space, I sometimes encounter hugh dangerous monsters. I do enjoy a high-tech way of life, but it also has it's drawbacks, machines fail, and programs have to always be updated. I'm not even going to mention all of the warring invaders that I've helped fight against to keep this part of the galaxy safe.
I'd ask you to live on my homeworld, but you would need a long time to adjust to the busy, noisey and repetitious work-flow of people rushing back and forth to their destinations. And I'm much more comfortable living on my space craft, then living in some sterile and dull apartment.
Besides, you have friends here that would miss you, and a beautiful forest to live anywhere in. Hehe, I may just carve out a burrow of my own one day, I hear hobbit holes are quite nice. I would even help you to set up your home with polished wooden rooms, with an electronic generator, so you could have electricity to power anything you want."
The rabbit felt enlightened, and that wonderful smile of hers returned to her face. She spoke sweetly:
Bunny: "Aww, I don't need all of that stuff, I'm a rabbit from the old country, I'm proud of my heritage, culture and my traditions. And I wouldn't be happy away from my friends and family, if I were somewhere else. But even if I did relocate far away, it would have to be for a better reason than having electric gizmos to play with.
You know my wolf friend, we come from two different worlds, but we live in the same galaxy as neighbors.
Now listen, I know a better way to get you out of my burrow, you boost me up with the rope from your utility belt. And I'll tie the rope to a tree, so you can climb up the rope and out of my rabbit hole." She put her hands on her hips, and looked at Starbeast who was enchanted by her charming personality.
Starbeast: "Ok. I...I'm really sorry I broke your tv, it was an.."
Bunny: "...accident, I know, and my feet are just fine. Now lets have that rope of yours."
Moments later the two stood outside, it was night, moonlit and peaceful. They both observed the starry sky, from the same galaxy, which they both reside in. Honey Bunny watched the slow drifting spacecraft of her wolf friend, heading quietly toward them, it was time for Starbeast to leave once again.

When Starbeast left Honey Bunny returned to her burrow and closed it for the night. Trying to get to sleep , she got into deep thinking instead of deep sleep. She rememberd a short poem she found once scribbled on a piece of wood. It went something like that And the river is forever flowing.... Life is a river, passing and tumbling through rocks A fairytale of enchanted clocks An obstacle to get around, a friend to help in need A rainbow coloured flower from an ever growing seed And the river is forever flowing.... Honey Bunny's mission was to stop worrying about that little incident. It was so good to have Starbeast, her new wolf friend, who would lend her his ears, so to speak. It was nothing, and given time she will soon forget about it. But she couldnt stop herself from feeling disappointed. Just as she was about to drift into a sweet sleep, but then she said aloud to no one, "But where does the river flow to?" This made Honey Bunny smile, its not for nothing she is known as the inquisitive Bunny. Tomorrow is a new day, she can watch tv now (thanks to Starbeast) and now will be a good time to go to sleep. And so she did. PS. You are a great person , Starbeast, thank you for this treat!

Maybe, we should start a thread where we take turns adding a new chapter. It could be a story that can go in any direction we want. And when ever one of us (or both) feel, the story is ready to close, we can. And then start another, just a thought.
I like your chapters too. Your character, is smart and a deep thinker. I like that.
Thank you, once again Lady Bunny, for your kind words!
I wanted to make the first chapter comical, I hope you laughed too. I sure did, when I text the interaction between Bunny and Starbeast, I couldn't keep from laughing. It still makes me laugh, when I read it.

Excellent thought, Beastie! Be my guest(!) Let's do it in the Anything. The first chapter was very funny indeed! I had my sister read it to me for the second time I loved the Salad bits.

P.S. I noticed your new post, Nice work keeping the flow going with your story writing.
Oh my, I still have alot of other stories and sagas to read here at this site.
Hmm, I wonder if Wesireal, will write a short tale, or a poem, maybe even a thread of his own, I wonder.
