Oh yeh The Movie Well the thing is i don`t really like to spoil films for people so i hav`nt gone into over drive about the film . But the film is good and maybe it would appeal to non X philies , but the thing is with the film its not really a X File sort of film , the thing that made the X Files such a brilliant series is the fact that Mulder was the believer in the un explained and Scully was the Science is the explanation to all things that go bump in the night or an unidentified flying object , but in the film they are more or less going off doing separate things , so it hasn't got the usual banter between M n S . So it hasn't got the same edge as the series or even the first film , which is brilliant by the way . So yeh it was good to see them on the big screen ,and it may just be the beginning for other films , who knows As for the series , it is without doubt one of the best ever , it really had everything , as Chris Carter the creator has said they filmed the episodes to look like a movie . The chemistry between M and S was a joy to watch , the series had nine seasons and it just got better and better until Duchovny had enough and wanted to leave and he became a bit part player and the show lost its edge as much as the episodes where great story's from time traveling to a Alien take over , the shows main appeal was the double act of Mulder and Scully . The Prisoner is the finest show to ever appear on T.V. But in a very close second is the brilliant X Files . And if you don`t believe me , well the truth is out there . And very cheap these days on the old DVD . A welcome return of the best duo on T.V. "So then Lance you have met Mr Kite , is he as funny in real life ?"
